This is the most powerful non-Internet-enabled calculator on the market, and it is allowed by the SAT (but not by the ACT). The reason the SAT allows this more advanced calculator is that the SAT has both a non-calculator and a with-calculator section, and therefore feels more at ease allowing a more powerful calculator. Students should take advantage of the opportunity to use this calculator, which quickly and easily solves and simplifies algebraic equations and expressions.
